What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses the unique qualities of hypnosis combined with powerful suggestions to bring about a therapeutic end. It uses a person's heightened state of concentration and awareness, achieved during hypnosis, to focus on positive results from their therapy.
More on hypnosis...
It is a wonderfully natural and non-invasive way to treat an incredible number of emotional and nervous complaints. Many of these problems can seem trivial to the outsider but to the person effected, can have a very negative impact on their daily lives.
There are two very different types of hypnotherapy offered at Head High, both of which are used effectively to change people's lives for the better. Firstly suggestion therapy is the use of post-hypnotic suggestion during hypnosis for the treatment of minor complaints, and secondly analytical hypnotherapy, commonly known as hypno-analysis used for the more serious, deep-rooted conditions.
Each client is offered a free initial consultation to discuss which of the two options is most appropriate for them and to answer any questions they might have.
Head High Hypnotherapy offers both:
suggestion therapy and analytical hypnotherapy.
